Returns and Refunds

Unless a purchasing error has been made, we do not accept returns or refunds on services. If a purchasing error has been made, please notify us within 24 hours for a change to be made.

For products, we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellation

If you must cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours of your appointment start time, a payment of 75% of the service's value will be required unless there is an extenuating circumstance decided at the discretion of Vivianna Day Spa.
